Protecting Your Personal Information
At Stonebridge Bank, protecting your personal account information is critical to us. With the ever-growing number of phishing email, text and telephone scams, we wanted to remind you that Stonebridge Bank will never ask you to provide your user name, password, social security number, account number, Personal Identification Numbers, credit or debit/ATM card information or any other sensitive information through an unsecured or unsolicited email, text or telephone request. We suggest you only release personal information when you have initiated the contact and are confident that you are dealing with the correct company.
To report a suspicious email, text, or telephone call requesting account information that you suspect was NOT initiated by Stonebridge Bank, please email us at customerservice@stonebridgebank.com with the complete message, if applicable, attached or call us at 1-800-807-1666. When forwarding a questionable email or text message, please do not change the subject line or send additional text.
