Job Title: Teller/Customer Service Representative

Position responsibilities:

  • Operate a full-service teller station.
  • Perform basic duties relating to customer transactions. Including but not limited to: deposits, open/close accounts, answer phone calls, transaction research.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports and records.
  • Promote the Bank’s services.
  • Performs other related special projects as assigned.

Role qualifications:

  • Must execute excellent customer service to meet company standards.
  • Must partner with head teller or supervisor to ensure effective compliance to the bank’s policies and procedures.

Essential skills and experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem resolution at the functional level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the bank’s values.
  • Experience in banking or other financial institution
  • Experience with Teller functions.

Job Title: Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager

Position responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of commercial banking and business loan processing, including but not limited to: origination, processing, and closing.
  • Perform a variety of loan related tasks such as documents necessary for commercial lenders and settlement.
  • Daily collection and review of loans to maintain an acceptable loan portfolio.
  • Coordinate closing times with Brokers for documentation preparation.
  • Manage staff of five.

Role qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge of a variety of loan concepts, participations, practices, and procedures.
  • Must partner with commercial lending team to ensure effective loan processing support.
  • Must rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field.
  • Planning: ability to think ahead and anticipate compliance issues.
  • Management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Technical skills with LaserPro and OSI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the bank’s values.
  • 3 -5 years in corporate environment. Familiarity with banking and the commercial and business lending process.

Job Title: Director of Audit and Compliance

Position responsibilities:

  • Direct the Internal Audit, Compliance and security functions.
  • Perform an annual risk assessment of bank functions/products. Develop an annual audit plan and audit schedule for approval by the Audit Committee.
  • Perform and/or direct audits in accordance with the Audit Plan and Audit Schedule to mitigate risks to the bank.
  • Coordinate outsourced audits to ensure full audit coverage (as needed).
  • Report audit results on a timely and systematic basis to Management and the Audit Committee. Prepare agenda and package of material for quarterly Audit meetings.
  • Formulate conclusions regarding adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Prepare written audit reports of audit findings.
  • Conduct follow up interviews to determine the adequacy of management’s corrective actions.
  • Maintain a list of all outstanding internal and external audit items, compliance issues, and exam issues.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of federal and state regulations and laws affecting the bank.
  • Maintain liaison with external auditors and examiners.
  • Oversee the internal compliance program, including the annual risk assessments and Compliance Plan.
  • Ensures adherence to the institution’s policies and procedures, consumer regulations, and federal and state regulations.
  • Fosters positive relationships with all levels of management and other members of staff.
  • Plays a lead role by assisting management with audit questions and technical issues.
  • Provides compliance training as needed.
  • Oversee the Security function including physical security, alarm systems, security training, and review of key reports for fraud.
  • Performs other related special projects as assigned.

Role qualifications:

  • Must develop and direct all audit and compliance controls to ensure quality standards.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Leadership: demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
  • Planning: ability to think ahead and plan over a one-to two- year time span.
  • Management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Technical skills in audit management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Commitment to the bank’s values
  • 6-10 years internal audit knowledge

Valued but not required skills and experience:

  • MBA, CPA, or other related certifications>
  • Experience in banking or other financial institution
  • Experience with internal security and fraud
  • Advanced computer proficiency

Reporting to this position:
Ultimately this position is responsible for a three-person team.
